The Post Comment Widget displays the post comments dynamically.
The following is a GIF video to show you how to use the post comments widget and the various options available :

Skin : This option allows you to select an available skin. The Theme Comments skin uses the currently active theme comments design and displays the layout of comment form and comments.

Post Type : This option allows you to choose post type to display the comments for.

Current Post : This option displays the comment form and post comment for the current post.

Custom : Select this option and it will display the post list. Select the post and it will display the comment form and comments for selected post.
