SitePad 1.8.4 Launched in Stable branch

Hi,

We have launched SitePad 1.8.4 in the Stable branch.

1) [Task] Added PHP 8.2 support for Sitepad. Now you can install and run Sitepad for PHP 8.2 based server.

2) [Task] Added options to limit sites and backups to the Plan page for the new SitePad editor.

3) [Task] Added products widget in Kkart .

4) [Bug-Fix] In some cases, the installation directory in the DirectAdmin panel was not correct. This is fixed.

5) [Bug-Fix] In some cases, the Kkart archive widget was breaking. This is fixed.

6) [Bug-Fix] The shipping method and shipping UI in Kkart have been further improved.

In the next version, we will try to enable caching for improving the website speed and also backup options. Many more features are also in the making for E-Commerce and blogging options.

We have launched SitePad 1.8.3 in the Stable branch.

1) [Feature] The Kkart feature (E-Commerce) has been launched in stable.

2) [Improvement] The home page URL on the Sitemap has been improved.

3) [Bug-Fix] In some cases the new site was not installed properly in the DirectAdmin panel. This is fixed.

4) [Bug-Fix] There were some PHP errors with PHP 8.1. This is fixed.

1) [Improvement] Added setting to set database password length in Sitepad admin panel.

We have launched SitePad 1.8.1 in the Stable branch.

1) [Added] Rest API is disabled by default, added option to enable Rest API in general settings.

2) [Bug-Fix] In certain cases, the video URLs were not created correctly. This is fixed.

3) [Bug-Fix] In certain cases, google fonts were not loaded properly. This is fixed.

4) [Bug-Fix] Image cropping was not working properly in PHP 8 and above. This is fixed.

5) [Bug-Fix] In some cases the old editor was unable to access due to some PHP warnings. This is fixed.

SitePad 1.8.0 Launched in Stable branch

Hi,

We have launched SitePad 1.8.0 in the Stable branch.

1) [Feature] Added setting to add content when body is open on Settings-> website UI page.

2) [Feature] Added setting to load Google Fonts locally on the Settings -> Editor Settings page. Now if you do not want to load Google fonts directly from Google API then you can enable this setting to load Google fonts from your local server.

3) [Task] Allow adding otf extension font files to Sitepad custom font.

4) [Bug-Fix] The URL of active sites on the Dashboard page has been fixed.

Hi,

We have launched SitePad 1.7.2 in the Stable branch.

1) [Feature] Added a new Customizer wizard to edit the website settings. With this cool new feature you can live edit various settings as you navigate through the website.

2) [Feature] Added Global Color and Typography palette in SitePad. Now you can set Global Color and Typography for each element.

3) [Feature] Added new settings to set Global Styles for elements or selective HTML. Also you can set different global styles for each section of your website e.g. for your blog settings can be different. Similarly for documentation, your e-commerce store, etc. the settings can be changed selectively.

4) [Feature] Added multiple roles functionality for users. Now you can give multiple roles to the users.

5) [Feature] Added widgets for Documentor i.e. documentations. Now you can design the documentation pages by creating templates and you can import pre-made templates from Documentor > Settings > Import.

6) [Task] The color and typography properties has been further improved for the global color and typography. Now you can set global color and typography from the drop-down list.

7) [Task] Added the "HTML Tag" option in post title widget. Now you can select the tags to wrap the post title.

8) [Bug-Fix] In some cases Ctrl+Z was not working properly. This is fixed.

9) [Bug-Fix] In some cases file uploading was not working properly with PHP 8.0. This is fixed.

10) [Bug-Fix] In some cases, site cloning and backup were not working properly. This is Fixed.

11) [Bug-Fix] In certain cases, the add section was not working properly. This is fixed.

12) [Bug-Fix] In certain cases, the google fonts was not working properly. This is fixed.

13) [Bug-Fix] In the Contact Form widget typography was not working properly for text area. Also button alignment was not working properly. This is Fixed.

14) [Bug-Fix] In the Social Icon widget, icons were aligning with respect to the holder. This is fixed.

15) [Bug-Fix] In some cases, database creation was failing during site installation on Interworx servers. This is fixed.

16) [Bug-Fix] Sitepad rebranding was not working properly on cPanel Jupiter theme. This is fixed.

SitePad 1.7.0 Launched in Stable branch

Hi,

We have launched SitePad 1.7.0 in the Stable branch.

1) [Task] The editing experience within Sitepad editor has been further improved. Now users can move from one widget to another with the help of up and down arrow keys. We are trying to make the editor into a more user friendly document editor.

2) [Task] Now we will add a text widget after the active widget when enter is pressed. You can add a slash "/" to search and convert the widget.

3) [TASK] Added search form to the docs search page. Also search results has been further improved .

4) [Task] The Sitepad pen editor UX has been further improved.

5) [Bug-Fix] The link to edit a draft document in Docs was incorrect. This is fixed.

6) [Bug-Fix] In the primary menu widget, after the menu item title was changed, the menu title was not updated. This is fixed.

7) [Bug-Fix] In some cases, Youtube video auto-play was not working. This is fixed.
